Magic Steel's focus on quality shows through in our equipment.  Years of experience dealing with light gauge exposed cold rolled and coated products has taught us valuable lessons in processing steel.  At our facilities you will see state of the art Braner slitters with shimless tooling, innovative belt bridle tensioning units, levelers, outboard bearing supports, etc.    

Since packaging is many times the bottleneck in a slitting operation, each facility is equipped with state of the art automated Samuel Strapping packaging lines.  These lines allow efficient packing of finished product while minimizing the manpower required.

Laboratory

Magic Steel has a fully equipped metallurgical lab to ensure that all outgoing product meets our customer's expectations.  Skilled metallurgists are available to assist our customers when addressing material issues and looking at cost saving opportunities.
